Our Commitment

New Era Designs is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities. We work to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines address visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments. We keep working to improve the accessibility of our site for all visitors.

Standards We Follow

This site aims to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA as published by the W3C. Level AA is the standard most often required by U.S. courts and the Department of Justice under ADA Title III. We also follow Section 508 guidelines where they apply.

Known Limitations

While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some content may not yet meet all standards. We are actively working to find and fix any accessibility gaps. Third-party content like embedded maps and review widgets may not be fully within our control.

Accessibility Features on This Site

All images on this site include descriptive alt text. All form fields have visible labels. Color contrast meets WCAG AA minimum ratios throughout. The site can be navigated using only a keyboard. We use proper HTML structure with correct heading order. Phone numbers are click-to-call links that work with screen readers and other assistive tools. Text can be zoomed in without losing content or breaking the layout.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

This site is designed to work with screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver. It works with keyboard-only navigation. It also works with browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling on key pages.

If you have trouble accessing any part of this website, please contact us. We will do our best to provide the content in a format that works for you or help you directly.
